The "brief note" is optional — but it helps us improve. You won't be denied a refund if you don't provide one.

Your playbook is licensed for your personal use only. You may not:
You may share your playbook with trusted contacts (a mentor, a coach, a friend helping you prep) for personal interview preparation purposes.
The interview frameworks, question databases, evaluation rubrics, and product systems underlying your playbook are the intellectual property of Interview101. The personalized content generated for you (stories, analysis, scripts) is yours to use as described in Section 6.
Interview101's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service ($149). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the playbook or outcomes of your interviews.
This limitation does not affect your right to a refund under Section 4.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to customers with active orders. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
